problem with GTranslate Enterprise

I bought our package enterprise and I got the email with all the records in DNS CNAME and my user and pass to edit the translations, the email is not clear. I can not find where to login with user and pass, and I can not find where to ask for configuration assistance, I can not do it alone who can help me? thanks.

Hi, You can use contact form on homepage to send access info and we will create CNAME records.

Hi, I have created all CNAME records. You just need to enable the language selector.
