Hello, I can see that you seem to have created 8 CName records, do I need to add the rest? Should this not work now? http://nl.popularseeds.com/ ? It just says it cannot find the page?

Hi, I created all CNAME records . Please try to clear your browser cache and Windows DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns)

Hello, I am having a problem with the https:// area. When I attempt to go to https://de.popularseeds.com I am warned about security. Do I have to set something up there? Also I am unable to add anything to the cart in any language other than English, can you tell me how to fix that problem? Thank you for your time.

Hi, If you have ssl certificate you can send it and we will install it .

Hi Yana. I'm unable to add anything to my cart in any language other than English. This would seem to be as the site URL set in Virtuemart is www.popularseeds.com and I'm trying to add products from fr.popularseeds.com etc Can you tell me what I need to do to get Gtranslate Enterprise working with Virtuemart?

Hi Yana, you must have added the products to your cart in English and then switched to a language. It does not work. Please visit http://ru.popularseeds.com/jordan-of-the-islands and attempt to add anything to your cart. It does not work. Please can you help me fix this problem.

Hello, I can add items to cart now but I have two problems that I could really do with some help with: 1.) Virtuemart has a Secure Site URL which it uses to redirect certain areas of the site to SSL. Is it possible to use this and Gtranslate Enterprise or would the SSL redirection have to be done manually? 2.) I am getting a white page with an error about the page being temporarily unavailable on most of my seed picker pages, can you tell me how I can stop this from happening? Thank you.

Hi, 1. You can use SSL with gtranslate but you will see SSL warning messages . If you want you can buy SSL wildcard certificate for your domain name and we will install it for you. 2. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was a temporary issue with our translation cache, now it is resolved.

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check theerror log for details. Faithfully yours, nginx. On a lot of my seed selector pages, if you visit: http://fr.popularseeds.com/index.php?or ... rice_comp= and click some of the links on the left you will see what I mean, it begins to load the selection and then just goes to white screen. Can you please tell me how to stop it doing that? Regards, Anthony.

Hello, Some of my page request load times will be over 5 seconds due to the product filter software. Is there then no way in which I can stop the white screen from showing? Regards, Anthony.
