gtranslate pro installation issue

i purchased gtranslate pro version about several months back. i made the payment by t/t in favour of the receipt dated 28th of january 2013 as we were about to transfer our site to a new host in next few months we didn't install it on our site that time but as a matter of courtesy we made the payment in advance, which we informed your representative timely. your representative assured us that she would assist us whenever we are prepared to install it. however, once we are prepared now, we have been trying to communicate with you by email but this is a matter of disappointment that we aren't having any response from you now. during installation, we observed that a file named config.php shall require Google Translate API key do you provide us the key? we also want to know that if you activated your license for 1 domain and 5 sub-domains? since i don't want to disclose my personal & business details in this forum, i shall provide you my domain & sub-domains details through private message after this option (private messaging) is activated. thanks,

Hi, You can find installation documentation here https://gtranslate.io/docs If you want we can install the plugin for you . You will need to send ftp info and backend admin username/password. API key is an optional feature and it is commercial. GTranslate Pro works without API key. If you want you can obtain API key from https://code.google.com/apis/console/?api=translate For the GTranslate Pro version we can activate the license for up to 5 subdomains.

Good Afternoon, I have got the following questions about installation issue: 1. Shall there be any problem there if I use my own css "id" and "class" in select tag, like? <select id="my-id" class="my-class" onchange="doGTranslate(this);"> options go here........ </select> 2. Shall there be any problem there if I install g-translate pro on http:// server and later on switch to https://, provided that your installation manual shall be followed properly during the change? 3. Shall we have to rewrite ".htaccess " in our root directory or "gtranslate" directory? 4. Can we rename the directory "gtranslate" for well organizing our files and make necessary change in .htaccess accordingly, like? RewriteRule ^([a-z]{2}|zh-CN|zh-TW)/(.*)$ /my-directory/translate.php?lang=$1&url=$2 [L,QSA] 5. Can we primarily use http:// protocol in "robot.txt" and "sitemap.txt" and later on replace it with https://? 6. Do you transfer the license from one server to another in case we change our host server? Thanks,

Hi, Yes, you can add a class and style it. GTranslate Pro works with SSL. It shouldn't be a problem. We don't recommend to rename the gtranslate directory. Yes, you can use http and https. The license is not related to your server IP address. You can change it. It is for domain name.

I have got one more question before installation. Can we embed the following select tag in a template that updates the code site wise webpages linked with that template? <select id="my-id" class="my-class" onchange="doGTranslate(this);"> options go here........ </select> By the way, we are little bit worried about license issue since it's been a week we don't receive any update from you about it. What's going wrong? Is everything all right?
