Hi, Since yesterday i have the message "Your license is inactive or expired, please purchase ...." but i have a monthly automated payment through Paypal. Can you please check? Website is www.skischoolguide.eu Jasper

Dear Jasper, Payment sent by eCheck which is not instant. It usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear. We will receive the money in a few days.

Hi Yana. Oke thnx. But this is not quite good for my website. I think i will go for yearly payment. How to proceed for this? When i cancel the subscription and the system stops are my translations lost? So i actually need to get a yearly subscription on the 12th of the next month (on the 13th the license expires for this montly payment). Jasper

Dear Jasper, You can cancel the monthly subscription and subscribe again. You will not lose the translations.

Hi. Oke, so in cancelled the monthly payment and ordered the enterprise fo a yearly payment. Once the e-check is cleared another 15 euro will be transferred into your account; will you be so kind to refund this? Jasper
