Not working for languages with different character set

Can anyone tell me how to configure GTranslate to work for languages with different character set? For example, the translation does not work for Chinese translation?

In Firefox it works. For example Chinese in Firefox only shows the menu in the correct character set. But in Chrome, nothing is displayed correctly.

GTranslate support Chinese language. It should work properly. If you can post your website address, I'll check .
