NOT redirecting to new language - can't edit other pages

The G-translate for our site - usinslawyer.com is still not working. The redirect is not working when choosing a different language. I am also not able to edit any page other than the home page.. David, our developer and gtranslate forum user davida26 said he followed all of the instructions. Could you please check it out? I sent YANA an email directly with David copied.
I am WAY past my deadline on this and in deep shit with my boss, I would really appreciate it if you could help us fix this.

Hi,
I have just checked your website and can see that there is no redirection issue. I can see the translated versions. For example http://www.usinslawyer.com/fr/ , http://www.usinslawyer.com/ru/
The issue is related to the language selector. Please download the latest version from https://gtranslate.io/#pricing/
