Protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl
May 2, 2011 11:28 pm by joemillano
Hi, CURLSSL is enabled. Am not sure why I therefore get this error in debug.txt. Translate fails with yellow bar : "Cannot translate: ...." I am able to "manually" translate using edit feature ( but this also doesnt work until I manually create the language folder in "cache" which is 777 already?? For a Paid component of over 60 euro - I hope the support is good. Joe

Hi, There should be more detailed logging in the debug.txt. May be you have reached the daily limit? The folders in the cache should be already there if you have uploaded the contents of the cache folder. Also, as mentioned in the readme.txt, you need to set the permissions to 777 to make them writable.
