Using gTranslate and Internationalization
Sep 23, 2015 10:43 am by OliLay
Hello, is there a possibility of using gTranslate and Internationalization together? For example having the whole site translated in English and German (using Internationalization when clicking on them in the dropdown) and using gTranslate when clicking on a language that isn't translated by Internationalization. Cheers, Oliver

Hi, How your URL structure is formed with 2 languages? Do you use subdomains? For example English is domain.com and German is de.domain.com. Thanks!

Hi, If you can change your URL structure to use subdomains then you can use both solutions in parallel without issues. Otherwise you may end up having a website which is translated from both English and German. Thanks!
