Need to activate for subdomain?

Hi,
I am a Joomla user, and I purchased "START UP" plan.
I have 3 questions.
1) When I purchased "START UP" plan, I set domain (ex.) mydomain.com. If I want to use GTranslate on subdomain.mydomain.com, do I need to activate for subdomain?
2) I read "GTranslate TDN Documentation".

I set (Name:) en.subdomain.mydomain.com, (CNAME:) ani.tdn.gtranslate.net via cPanel. Is this correct setting?
3) I installed "GTranslate FREE" module to Joomla 3.4.8. Which should I set "On", "Operate with GTranslate Pro version" or "Operate with GTranslate Enterprise"?

Hi,
1. GTranslate license is for one domain name. You can use it only for your main domain.
2. Yes , it is correct
3. You should set "Operate with GTranslate Enterprise" option "On"
