Checkout page translation

Hello,
I found more fields that need to be translated on my checkout page.
If I choose country which have additional option field with regions then regions are in russian even on english version: http://en.tracers.ru/checkout/

I can see it is translated in the source code, however you have some javascript which renders the form after it is loaded.
