You don't have appropriate license for...
May 23, 2016 6:06 pm by marcel
Hi gTrans-Team on a customer's Website there's the error-Message "You don't have appropriate license for www.lacolombiereduchateau.com domain name. Please purchase GTranslate Pro license." Please help me immediately solve the issue. The customer is a regular pro-license-user. The way to "?verify_license=1" doesn't work. What steps are needed to be followed to go online again? Thank you very much for a quick answer. Kind regards Marcel

Hi, We will check it ASAP. Please note that we have stopped developing Pro version. You will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

Hi, If you upgrade to the startup plan you can send edited translations for each language and we will upload to our server. You will keep edited translations and will be able to edit the translations.

Hi, Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that they are not blocking our IP address 94.23.220.123. You configured GTranslate correctly. There is a connection issue.

Hi Yana Connection-issue is solved, but not the license-part: Still having a banner on top with "GTranslate Your license is inactive or expired, please subscribe again!" why this? Didnt't you get the money for the license? http://www.lacolombiereduchateau.com/de/ Kind regards, Marcel

Dear Yana Can you please give me an approximate forecast about when you will setup our .human-files on the server? It's now over a Week we are waiting for "startup-plan"-translation-service. It's obviously not a hight-priority-thing to you - but it is so to us. please let us know when you plan to set it up as it run before this "upgrade"-thing. Dear Marcel, We will put them ASAP. Regards, Yana
