Hi, Do you wish to use sub-domain (fr.myccig.com) or sub-directory (myccig.com/fr/) URL structure? To see the flags you will need to add the GTranslate plugin and select where it should appear. If you can provide more details about where do you wish the language selector to appear, we will be happy to help you. Thanks!

Dear Edvard, Firstly, to answer your question I would like to use sub-directory Here is my situation: they are all wordpress sites myccig.com is our corporate site in Chinese - aim to get Chinese traffic... en.myccig.com is our corporate site in english. fr.myccig.com is our corporate site, french version. All the of above sites we use manual translation, and we are very tired of it. We also have a few sites in sub-directory, and currently they are all in English, I wish to make them multi-language (mainly French and Chinese) myccig.com/job myccig.com/classifieds myccig.com/directory How can you service help me? Maybe I submit the wrong trial, I should submit the ALL language one... Please advise. Andy

Oh forgot to ask something else - If I use sub-directory for different sites, do I need to install and paid for each site? e.g. myccig.com and myccig.com/job is it consider as 2 sites? Please clarify. Do I need to install gTranslate to each site? Regards, Andy

Hi, You will need one license per domain. So you are fine, since both websites use the same domain myccig.com. Please send FTP access to [email protected] and we will setup sub-domain URL structure for you. So you will have: myccig.com/en/ myccig.com/en/jobs myccig.com/en/classifieds myccig.com/en/directory etc... If you are going to use both French and English, then you will need to have All languages option: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing currently you are on our Bilingual plan which supports only 1 additional language. Thanks!

I have sent cpanel access to your support team, they have setup the domain structure for me, it works fine, except the external link in the footer area, they just not pointing to the URL correctly and gave me 404 errors. Here is the example: http://myccig.com/fr/directory/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank go to the footer and click any external link: e.g. Congo Job | Congo Emploi. But the original site: http://myccig.com/directory/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank those URL works fine. Also, every now and then I see error message like this: An error occurred. Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable. Please try again later. If you see this error constantly and you are the system administrator of this resource then please make sure that your website is online and you are not blocking our IP address: 51.255.65.216 Faithfully yours, GTranslate - Translation Proxy. https://gtranslate.io" rel="nofollow" target="_blank Why is that? How can I stop this? Regards, Andy

Hi, Please do not create fr, en folders in the www root directory. It causes the translator to stop working. Now it is fixed and it works. Thanks!

Yes, it works now. However, I can't login from the "translated" site. For example, I can login to myccig.com/job and when I go to myccig.com/fr/job -- I can not login. Why is that? Is there a solution to this, so my member can login from other "translated" site as well? Regards, Andy

Dear Edvard, I've asked (wrote to) [email protected] almost 2 weeks ago, and I just sent a follow up email to info, if you can also follow it up that would be great. The problem is using the same user name and password can not login to the "translated" site. Regards, Andy
