Can't get setup instructions - didn't use PayPal

Hi there,
We are getting this message after the "complete your order" step:
Complete Your Order
We have sent the instructions to your email address assigned with PayPal.
However, we used a credit card and not PayPal, and we have yet to receive the email and it's been a couple hours. Please help - this was supposed to be set up for a meeting right now and it's not. :/

Please check your email. Instructions was set on 28 June.
