When viewing a dropdown in Firefox are the flags of the countries currently
still appear with. In the IE, Maxthon, Opera browser and Iron/Chrome is not. Can this be fixed?

Hi,
Only FireFox supports that feature. However you can edit the template file and customize it to use suckerfish dropdown menu with flags inside, it will require some knowledge of HTML. I didn't do that since it can conflict with your template and it can make the users unhappy.
