Google Translate not working

Hi,
for almost a month we can see that pages are not translated at all. We can't switch to Bing as it is not working properly (a different thread with that problem). So, we should continue using Google, but its not working. Quota is at 0 for last three weeks or so. We've changed API, but it stays the same. Any help?

There is an issue on Google's side with plotting the usage charts.
Can you check https://code.google.com/apis/console/ -> API Access that your API key is active?
