All Translations are 404's

When I try changing languages on my site, all the language URL's are now 404's
I have bought the pro version
http://fikatown.com/sv/
for example should be Swedish, but I just get a 404, same for all othe rlangauges /fr etc..
Please let me know how to fix this?

I should also note that I have done a server test to check ioncube is installed etc

Lastly, it has been 1 week since I installed and nothing is getting indexed by Google in another langauge. Please advise!
