gtranslate pro not working 403 error

Hi,
In my site: www.reticula.com.br . GTranslate Pro not Working. I see "You don't have appropriate license for www.reticula.com.br domain name. Please purchase GTranslate Pro license." but i purchased in 10/12/11 (MM/DD/YY). I am not understand!?!

Hi,
You can add ?verify_license=1 to the end of the URL. This can happen when your server has a temporary issue with our server.
