New content not being translated without API?

Hello, we have been using Gtranslate Pro for a long time, although we had trouble with Google API key - now we don't pay, we think we are getting no translations for newly added content, and an old problem, not all text in a page or module getting translated - see lowemissionzones.eu/fr/ where first sentence under Accueil remains in English, the site language? Worse in some other pages, see http://www.lowemissionzones.eu/fr/overview-of-lezs - lots of English.
We are intending to switch to Gtranslate Enterprize, hoping that any problems due to configuration or API may be eliminated.

Hi,
Please try to enable GTranslate debug mode to understand the problem.
With the Enterprise there is no need to use API key . It will work properly .
