ADDING GTRANSLATE PLUGIN TO THE HEADER OF X THEME

Hello,
I’d like some help adding the [GTranslate] Shortcode to the right of my main nav bar.
Can anybody help me with this?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Hi,
You can edit your template files and use <?php echo do_shortcode('[gtranslate]'); ?> in HTML which will render the language selector.
