Forum Archive - cache folder, 777 permissions error

Hi everyone, After having worked fine for months, my GTranslate-Pro has now the error: /plugins/system/gtranslate/gtranslate/cache and XX language folders should be writable (777 permission) - GTranslate Pro. Now, permissions are already 777 in cache folder and subfolders. Any suggestion?? Thanks

Hi, Just have checked and can see that there is only one "fr" folder in gtranslate cache directory. Please do not delete cache folders structure. Try to upload all folder s again or reinstall the plugin .

So folders are missing in the cache?!? If I delete and re-install the plugin, will I still find the translations I entered manually?

Hi, As you deleted the cache subfolders, the manual translations are also deleted. If you edit the translations you will see the cache files with the .human extension in the appropriate language folder.
