Can't buy GTranslate Pro

Hello. I am trying to buy GTranslate Pro but when I press 'Pay Now' I'm get message 'You cannot complete this action on the card you have selected. Please select another card.' My card is verified on PayPal and I already buy some products with my PayPal account and this card. Why can't I buy GTranslate Pro?
