can't work, can't display flags

New purchsed and installed GTranslate Pro for my wordpress site, I put "<?php echo do_shortcode('[GTranslate]'); ?>" in the theme file, then display "[GTranslate]" at front. I tested to add new page, put "[GTranslate]" in text , then also display the same code not flags that I wanted.
I notice my license.dat, the file size is only zero bit, is it right?

You should install the free version also . It is responsible for the language selector .
