Hi-
Is there a way to have GTranslate as just a small box without any styling? The styling for the Gtranslate module position is embedded in the core style sheet so when I edit that to shrink the box, all other modules are affected as well. Is it possible to put GTranslate into a custom module where I could control all display properties?

Yes, it's possibe. You can download GTranslate free HTML code from https://gtranslate.io/#pricing and put it in the custom module. Also toy can try to modify the module (/modules/mod_gtranslate/tmpl/default.php)
