Consultation about setting up on localhost

I wonder because at first but if not you support them gTranslate comment if you can work on localhost so if I have domain and then if I can change the real domain for one see that the website is in production, or if you'll can explain how to correctly perform the steps to integrate languages on the website in localhost mode.

It is possible it to work on a local computer, but you need to change the "localhost" to the domain name you have purchased the license for. You can do that by modifying your hosts file and configuring your local server.
If you are not able to do that, then you need to go online before using it.
