How do i fix this issue?

Hi,
I guess that it is because of this tag
<use xlink:href="http://heartslovefree.com/profile#joms-icon-signup"></use>
which uses xlink:href from your original website. If you make it relative:
<use xlink:href="/profile#joms-icon-signup"></use>
it will be fine.
