Forum Archive - Error 403 for all languages

Hello Gtranslate team, we have an error 403 for all language but we are unable to identify the problem from our side. 403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. our ip is not blocked and our pages are deindexed by google so nobody have access and neither search engines Can you check please

No, I think you misunderstood. You are blocking our server to be able to access your server to get the original version of your website to be able to provide a translation. So, your server is blocking our IP address. Please make sure that you add 94.23.220.123 IP address to whitelist in Cloudflare and in your firewall if you have any. Thanks!

Now it's ok. Thanks for your support We have a wordpress plugin named WP Better Security who had blocked your IP but there was no the same IP : i'd just delete all IP blacklisted. And everything is allright now. Thank you for your support. Bertrand.
