Hello, I just install GTranslate Pro on Joomla 2.5. Then I notice my site is gone with "error 500 Internal Server Error". Could anyone help me please?

Hi, Please connect to the server by FTP and remove /plugins/system/gtranslate directory . Then upload info.php to the root directory and check the system requirements for GTranslate Pro.

Please disable the plugin (remove /plugins/system/gtranslate folder) to get back your website to a working state.

the plugin now disabled.

I removed /plugins/system/gtranslate then re-installed. But nothing changed... PHP info file http://web.applekikaku.jp/info.php

I tried GTranslate general setting with Joomla 2.5. finaly I got the error... You don't have appropriate license for web.applekikaku.jp domain name. Please purchase GTranslate Pro license. I tried "http://web.applekikaku.jp/en/?verify_license=1/".

Hi, You can disable the general version and try to install the plugin. It should work.

Hello, Thanks! now it working it may cause of php version or options. I changed php version 5.2.8 -> 5.3.10.
