I asked host provider to unblocked it, now it is OK. But the server administrator said if that cause any server problem, he will blocked it again. I don't know why the server will block your IP address, I found other users also report the same problem in this forum.

Hi, All the translations are proxied through our IP address, you need to make sure it is unblocked always. If you want to know the real visitor IP address, you can use X-Real-IP header and block by using that data, not the entire proxy IP address. Thanks!
