Hello
I recently received a Fatal error message and after I fixed it, another one came up.
Fatal error: Non-abstract method gtrans::load_defaults() must contain body in /misc/19/192/551/235/7/user/web/thesolutionlady.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/gtrans/gtrans.php on line 232
I really don't know what to do to fix this. I'm not a programmer, so please explain using user friendly terms, and/or explanations.

Please make sure that you installed the latest version. Please try to uninstall the plugin (delete all files via ftp) and install it again.
Also you can try to use the free html code instead of the plugin and put it in your template. You can download the code from https://gtranslate.io/#pricing
