On Fly (jQuery) is not working without showing any error

Hi,
I just installed the GTranslate module on My site i.e http://www.mahalayalife.com and the module is perfectly fine on Google default but when I switch the method on On Fly (jQuery) then module is not working nor showing any error in error console.
I did so many forum search but not found any related and resolved forum at the end, and there is also some forum told that there is cookies is not not stored, all the forum have different opinion
I just want to method how to debug that error and how the On Fly (jQuery) method is working
waiting for someone help me
