Gtranslate Compatibility ?

Hi
I use Helix 3 + SPPB 2.1
I am trying to set up Gtranslate for automatic translations + paid plans for url rewrite and indexing (in 'foreign languages').
It works fine on pages of the template that don't use SPPB.
On page with SPPB if I use Sub-directory URL Structure (or Sub-domain URL Structure) then the page is all messed up (some modules don't load, the language switcher is blocked, ....).
