gtranslate doesn't works after moving cpanel account

Hi,
we have moved the cpanel account of our site papelpintadoycenefa.com, and after do this, gtranslate doesn't work anymore. The dns cname lines are set, and I think everything is correctly configured exactly as it was configured. Can you help us with this, please?

Hi,
It seems you created subdomains for each language. You should create only DNS CNAME records not subdomains.
Please check your settings.
