When accessing a translated site http://en.timeterminal.se/ (original: http://www.timeterminal.se) the following error is shown:

Hi,
Please make sure that your hosting provider is not blocking our server IP address 94.23.220.123.

Hello!
We have checked with the hosting provider and they have not blocked your server IP address.
So the error persists. Can you please direct us about how we can troubleshoot such problem at our end.
It is 504 Gateway Timeout Error type and is not temporary. What are your log files saying about it. It can give us some clue what could be wrong.
We chose Enterprise version for better translations and service but it seems nothing is working. Our export clients can't see any part of website.. Kindly look into this matter about who we can resolve this problem asap.
Also how we can check our Enterprise license status ?

Hi,
We just checked up with our hosting company again and we found out the problem was indeed due to IP blockage at their side. Their second line of support eventually whitelisted the IP in question.
Anyone having this problem can simply do the same. Translations are back on track now
