Hi.

Gtranslate Enterprise is not working (it seems our server is not responding) on my domain casinobonuscenter.com. please check de.casinobonuscenter.com or no.casinobonuscenter.com or sv.casinobonuscenter.com

I wrote "it seems our server is not responding..." I mean YOUR server is not responding...

We do not have downtimes. I have checked and I see that your server is not responding to our server [94.23.220.123]. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the issue.

BTW. Our server is responding with an error, it means that it is not down.

Yes, it is OK, but you need to ask your hosting provider to whitelist our IP address. May be you have other application firewalls on your website?

af.casinobonuscenter.com is an alias for sis.tdn.gtranslate.net.
sis.tdn.gtranslate.net has address 94.23.220.123

The problem is with the web server of: 94.23.220.123

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

It is not on our end.

The reason you get that error from us is because we cannot connect to your server to get your website content for further translation and delivery.

There is no software installed on the Server that is blocking IPs.

There is IPTABLES installed, however it is not configured to block IPs for any reason.

Ok Edvard, I need to solve this and I know your service is very stable because I'm working with you for a long time. Please let me know wath do you think I need to do. I can see I can create an Outgoing Connection and add an IP. Do you think its a good idea?

Its me again.

I sent this to my provider: "the reason I get that error from them is because they cannot connect to my server to get my website content"

And my provider reply was: "I have to disagree here.

They do connect to your server, however the nginx webserver is returning an error.

See the attached screenshot please.

The error is returned by: 94.23.220.123"

By the way I can't create the outgoing connection because mine is a VPS server and not shared.

I know its not in your side but can you tell what I need to request from my server provider?

There are other enterprise customers using the same IP, right? Is your service working for all other customers?

By the way. Why you get an error page when you go directly to 94.23.220.123 in a browser? A technician is asking me about that because he think the error is on your ngnix webserver...

As you can see it stops on 46.249.204.186 which seems to be your host provider IP address.

As I suggested previously better to use cloudflare to avoid further issues like this and do not loose time trying to get support from your hosting.
