Gtranslate Enterprise not working?

Hello,
When I try and use Gtranslate Enterprise I get the message:
An error occurred.
Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.
If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

This is occurring on two website:
http://nl.popularseeds.com/
http://nl.stealthyseeds.com/
It used to work so I am not sure why it not doesn't. Thank you for your time.

It seems that you are blocking our IP address. Please unblock 94.23.220.123 IP address.
