gtranslate error 500 on front and admin

on website: caravanesud.com I have "GTranslate free" and everything works.
I bought the pro version that I installed and as soon as I activate the plugin I have "error 500" can not go on the site or administration!
what to do
I use joomla 2.5
and plg_gtranslate-1.7 release.

Hi,
Please make sure that you installed gtranslate Pro correctly. You can find the instructions here https://gtranslate.io/docs/
If you see 500 Internal server error try to disable "Options +FollowSymLinks" in your .htaccess file.
Also please check your server error logs.

You should remane htaccess.txt to .htaccess and activate apache mod_rewrite option in joomla general settings page.

You can try to use gtranslate general version insteda of joomla plugin version. If you want we can install it for you. You just need to send access info.
