Gtranslate/ ioncube loader on Vista 64 bit w/ WAMPSERVER?

Is it possible to install ionCube Loader on my Vista 64bit server, with WAMPSERVER?
Because I cannot find x64 package of ionCube loader on iocube site.... so sad...Orz
Is there anyone can help?

In short if you're using apache, VC6, IIS, VC9.
You said wampp, which uses Apache...
