GTRANSLATE Joomla problem with flag

Hallo
Thank you for sharing your great gtrans:-)
So I have one problem
The translator is working well only when i have setup:
Translation method Google Default
Load jQuery library OF
Look Flag
On my web I can see only drop down list with supplies languages (but in czech lenguage (foreigner can not chose from this)
When i change the setup on Tmetod on on fly Qjurey on my web i can chose flag (but they arent hyperlink on translate.
Now I would like to have on web the flag (when i put the couror (click) and the web will be translated:-)
