Gtranslate Vs My Menu!!

Hi all!
I am using this extension, change language, and I found the following problem, when I change language .... the menu is completely disrupts me, mounted points, change position ....
I've tried all the languages that I have (so to see that q according to language, words have more or fewer letters ...) and all I can think the same!
I looked in the template css and I put more padding, but to translate it, I respect the changes that I made at the beginning ....
Finally, to remove "Traduction Falang by Faboba system"?
Any help or suggestions!????
