Make sure that your gtranslate/cache/jp folder is writable (777 permission). Make the appropriate permission change to the rest language folders ( gtranslate/cache/XX ).

Hi, Contact to your hosting provider and ask how you should make gtranslate/cache and gtranslate/cache/* folders writable.

I have full control on my sever but it no run, have you got yahoo messenger

In that case you should know how to make those folders writable. Currently PHP cannot write files in those folders and that's why it shows you error.
