Gtranslate Pro Doesn't Work

Gtranslate is working, but after using PRO version, it does not work any more.

I send FTP information to Edvard by email, 4 times, no reply.
Can you please check and fix for me?
Many days passed by, I can not waste more time than 2 weeks, since my payment date is AUG 19.
