GTranslate-Pro help needed

I have a free version and installed GTranslate Pro following all instructions, but I guess it doesn’t work, or may be I’m doing something wrong?
Could you help me please? I can provide all information necessary.

Dear Arsen,
The plugin installed. You can enable "operate with Pro" option. Please note that you will need to disable php warnings.
