gtranslate pro not working 404

Hello,
We've installed the gtranslate pro and followed every instruction,
we have two problems, the first is that when you pick a language it doesn't work, we get 404 or an incorrect redirection
the second is that the flags don't show and the widget is exceedingly large (vartical)

I've just gone through everything possible and impossible and double and triple checked the installation.
I've even enabled debug and no debug log has been created

Hi,
Please check your .htaccess file for gtranslate config rules. If you can send FTP access and wordpress admin username / password I can install it for you.
