GTranslate pro not working

please find this error message:
Site error: ''the file /mystore/plugins/system/gtranslate/gtranslate.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_fre_5.3.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.''
I can not install the ioncube. The administrator of the web server refuses to help because it is a third-party plugin.

Hi,
If your provider can tell if it is possible to install, then we will help you to install it, but we need to know if it is allowed to install on their server.
If it won't be possible we will offer you to upgrade to our Enterprise version which doesn't have any server requirements.
