GTranslate pro not working

Hi I Purchased the pro version of GTranslate and the country URL function I purchased it for does not work, could you please help me out with this problem.

The free standard functions work perfectly

Heres the problem,

Visit my site throught the standard URL http://www.superstrands.com
Click on the language selector and it translates everything perfectly.

Heres a shot of the menu translated when entrering my site and selecting the italian language

Now try entering the site through one of GT Pros URLS

Notice this part of the menu below has gone strange.

Now select the part of the menu which isnt displaying correctly. Click on the item.

Now scroll down the item page and try to click the add to cart button, it doesnt work

Could you please help me out with this, ive tried re installing, on the fly off the fly, clearing the cache nothing has worked.

Hi,

GTranslate Pro is not intended to translate non-public pages. When you want to add something into your cart the page becomes non-public. That's why you don't see it added into the cart after you click on it. Since you have a shop I would suggest you to use the Pro version in the background, so the search engines will index your translated pages and the Free version in On Fly translation method as you do now. So your pages will be translated correctly, your translated pages will be indexed in the search engines and the add to cart feature will work.

As I can see, it is OK. You don't need to touch to anything.

Just remove extra spaces from sitemap.txt file.

Hi, ive just removed all the spaces, but its still producing the same problems above

I think you didn't understand me. Do you have any problems when translating the site by using the flags? If not then you don't need to do anything. Your site will be indexed in the search engines and the cart feature will work fine.

Foreign google clicks are beign directed to these broken links that do not work
Nothing renders correctly because all links are skipping the www

Please check this google search when trying to search in italian its directing customers to the broken URL's

Change your sitemap.txt to include www prefix and it will be fixed over time.

Also you can force to use the www prefix in Google Webmaster Tools.
