GTranslate Pro - not working or working just with some languages

Hello, I have a client that has about 10 licenses for GTranslate Pro -- on is:

http://goo.gl/MgZAYi witch works OK with http://goo.gl/4eeTqx -- but no other languages

http://goo.gl/4TxsFS - same server - the translations - don't work at all

Please help me out

You will need to upgrade your Pro licenses to one of our plans: https://gtranslate.io/#pricing

Or you will need to buy Google Translate API key and use it with your Pro software for new translations, which is expensive.

We have a promo now and we can exchange your Pro license to our Business plan for one year with a 120 USD payment (Business plan costs 220 USD per year).
