Gtranslate Pro shows blank page, debug true returns no log

The translations in large-format-printers.org have stopped working.
Hosting provider states ioncube loader is already installed, and turning on the debug option returns no log, continues to be blank.

Hi,
Please try to enable the PHP error logging, to see the errors or check PHP error log.
