I wonder why they stopped translations on the site and how to resolve the situation. Hi, Please enable GTranslate debug mode and check the debug.txt file to understand what the problem is.

Already did that. The above information comes from debug.txt file. Always gives the same information. Hi, Can you enable debug mode and let me know? Also make sure that gtranslate cache folder permission is 777.

Hello Debug mode is active. gtranslate cache folder have permission 777 and all folders in them also. This is not the only site. There are other sites with other IPs where this is happening too.

Hi, It seems Gtranslate cannot create debug.txt file. Please create an empty debug.txt file in plugins/system/gtranslate/gtranslate/ directory and set permissions 666

Hi, Please check if you have limit.txt in gtranslate cache folder delete it and refresh the page.

Hi, Already did that. Delete limit.txt, refresh the page, and limit.txt appears again with value 1429533888 but without translation.

Hello I change IP address but nothing change

Hi, It seems google blocked your server IP address. You can ask your hosting provider to change IP address or we can offer you to upgrade GTranslate pro license to Enterprise version for one year for free.

Hi, Already figured out what the problem is. They explained, since 01.04.2015 the google failed to provide the service that GTranslate Pro use for free. The IPs were not banned. Simply an IP reach the free limit, google fails to provide translations to that IP. Moving to an IP that has never used translations, google provides translations free again until the stipulated limit. From then fails to provide translations to that IP. Regards Rcosta

Hi, We can offer you to upgrade the license . Please let me know if you want to change the Pro license to Enterprise.
