I have purchase Gtranslate Pro and trying to get a Google API key. I need a confirmation is it true that Google will not do any charge to me when using that API key?

Google API key is an optional feature and it is commercial. If you bought an API key you can place your keys there. However there is no need for that. Gtranslate Pro works without API .

Do you meant Gtranslate Pro still can work properly although I don't put Google Translate API key?

Gtranslate PRO works fine WITHOUT api key! You dont have to pay Google
