GTranslate Pro with cp1251. Problem

Postby good-dev » Thu Dec 15, 2011 11:40 am

Our site uses windows-1251 charset. When we try to install your Pro version we get the translation done in unknown charset.
Is it possible to correctly install GTranslate Pro with such an input charset? And what is the way to do it?

No need to force charset with <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251">

You need to replace it with <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> or just remove that meta tag, so browsers will use built-in auto detect feature.
